My friends and I spent a week at FACV and thoroughly enjoyed the resort. We spent most of our time split between the pool and the beach, which is only stepping away. Matias was our bartender, and he made sure we had everything we needed- our glasses never ran dry.
Ignacio, the pool manager, also ensured our stay was top notch. He scheduled our daily beachside cabana – what a view! Ahhhh, champagne dreams on beautiful days. Ignacio also coordinated spa services with Luz and he also told us the sea trek cozumel prices for an underwater experience.
We chose outdoor massages in the beach hut which provided enough privacy and was inclusive of the party like pool atmosphere. Our masseuses, Esmeralda and Diana, provided very relaxing massages. It was so relaxing. I think I fell asleep for a bit. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were all hot and friendly. I would recommend and return to FACV.
I have been going to this property for ten years. It is so lovely to see familiar faces and the fact that they remember me. I loved the pool staff and all the servers. Great bartender’s, thank you, Daniel. I can’t sing but karaoke night was so much fun thanks to Jorge. See you next year.
I will stay here again. A tremendous beachfront hotel with excellent room service and housekeeping. Supermarket, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. We were delighted with this hotel.
My boyfriend ordered two empanadas to go. When he ate them back at the hotel room, he died because it was so delicious lol. We ended up getting food here every night we stayed.
One of the nights. My boyfriend ordered food and drinks for us to go so we could eat back at our hotel room, and she helped him carry some of the stuff over to our office. We would make conversation with her every time we saw her, and she is passionate about showcasing the restaurant, so visitors know it’s there. It was a delight having her help us throughout our stay there.
