Stayed here after coming around midnight instead of the head right to our hotel for a holiday — excellent quality for the purchase price. I am a Diamond Member w/Hilton, plus they treated as beautiful as most of the Hilton possessions I live at from the USA.
The resort was great. I am in a secure and contemporary area. It is at a shopping center, which I found quite handy. They picked us up in the Cancun airport, so I send an email three months ahead of my trip with my flight info and how many were at our celebration. The people are amiable, especially the front desk employee and the supervisor.
The breakfast was superb. I suggest it. The hotel also has a transport service to take guests to the city center and the hotel zone.
We remained at this place for a few times, and it was an excellent spot to break. The ceremony was fantastic, and the location is excellent.
This resort is wonderful! Employees are friendly and helpful with their cozumel best shore snorkeling recommendations. The chambers are so cozy. The breakfast is elegant, and they have numerous alternatives to select from hot meals to cereal and waffles. I certainly return soon!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this resort.
We seemed the decoration, and design of this space and the shower was also quite excellent. Service at breakfast was much better than the typical buffets located at Hampton Inn. They permit you to order particular food if asked. We did notice that they shut just as scheduled and people coming late were quite disappointed. Do not be late. We’ll return to the Hampton. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
