The Princess hotel is a legendary hotel in Acapulco but although old, it looks classy and renovated. We stayed there with two toddlers who enjoyed the pools and the playground. They had lots of fun! We tried the food, and especially the breakfast was delicious, with lots of options.

We initially booked for “La Piramide” but were given a room at “La Perla” which had a better view of the ocean and it was terrific. Our suite had a Nespresso machine with capsules, which were also absolutely appreciated! It was an overall great experience!

An excellent hotel, beautiful pools, comfy beds, the most amazing pillows I’ve ever slept on, good food, and drinks, overall we enjoyed our stance, wish it could be all-inclusive experience, if you aren’t mad about having a long check at the front desk on your check out, this is a beautiful hotel for you.

I recommend this resort for convenience and location. It has everything you need! The beach is excellent; the service is outstanding! Swim up pool bar was a highlight for us. Be sure and book some excursions!

I have to shout out to our housekeeper, “Josepha.” I noticed after the first day that someone different had cleaned my room as individual details had gotten my attention. She went the extra mile, and it did not go unnoticed and unappreciated. (tip: if you’re happy with the housekeeping staff and wait staff who recommended me a trikes cozumel tour in Mexico at the resort, try and be generous when tipping, as it is much appreciated).

There is lots of variety of food if using all three resorts. We especially liked the Bar Pierre at Pierre. The buffets are high, and their food is very good (try the guacamole).

The hotel has excellent client service, delicious meals, and clean. The SPA was excellent client service as the massages. The attention of Jose Catalan was great and Edith excellent relaxation massage.
