Lovely hotel, generous breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. Beautiful beach club property, gorgeous pool area, and swim-up bar. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. Not everyone speaks English very well, but there is plenty of staff who do. And Alex, the bartender at the swim-up bar on hotel grounds was charming and lovely to speak!

I enjoyed my stay in Acapulco and must say I received excellent service dining at the restaurant El March by hostess Dalia Cuevas Castillo. The lobster was perfectly cooked, and the service was prompt and courteous – the waiter mentioned me a snorkeling in cozumel tour we can book for our family.

It was my first time staying at the Palacio Mundo Imperial. My room was on the 7th floor with a perfect view of the pools. The rooms were nicely done and updated to a modern style, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the balcony view was speechless.

I’m going to give this place two thumbs up I would come back and bring the family. I am a travel agent, and it was essential for me to experience such a situation to recommend my clients to stay here.

I had the best experience with my room service during my stay. Gilberto was professional and thorough when presenting my meal to me. Food was excellent as well and no more than a 30-minute wait to receive my food.

Daniel was the best manager you have his high energy was seen throughout the staff.. Rooms are great and enjoyed having the option of the other resorts. The only thing I would have liked to see is Canadian whiskey. But I will recommend the resort.

Very nice clean hotel with great food. Not a party place at all, tranquil and refined. No beach on site but free shuttle to sister hotel with the beach. Friendly staff and a great experience all around. Only issues were no English tv except for fox news and CNN, and the one bar that’s open at night didn’t have excellent service or shows.
