People I met in resort lovely Jose expect to spell it helped me right with my trip which I didn’t attend. Iris attracted me about every time Jose helped me with fantastic food and beverages to bring I missed considerable ice cream amount of food I purchased and breakfast.
All employees are amiable, hospitable, and helpful. One of them recommended me some cozumel reef restoration project tours. We loved our 2Ns remain here! Continue the fantastic work!
I was quite happy with the abilities of the care woman who came out to fix the a/c as it closed off, Cinthia Ortiz was motivated and well oriented. Thanks a lot for such excellent support.
The team at Smart Cancun are amicable and helpful; they go over and beyond to make sure your experience is straightforward. The team in Menu snacks Jose, Brenda, Rosalia, Iris, and Alby, are amazing, and it is adorable to return in the morning and greeted with their grinning faces. That is a budget-friendly hotel, but the support this is in such a high quality, they can teach the employees in their sister resort the Grand Oasis something as well.
Javier is hardworking who continuously care for the technical issues with repairing. Christian is an amiable bartender who constantly grin, Olga Uicab is fantastic for space service, Brenda and Omar are excellent at the restaurant support, particularly if you would like to request a distinctive food look just like your nation’s meals Omar would be very beneficial for it.
Wonderful remain from the start till the end! Fantastic company, with friendly, helpful staff and delicious breakfasts!
Breakfast and swimming were great, as was the team (Andrea and Abbi!). Cleanliness of room might have been somewhat better (blot on pillow, shower and dusty flooring ), but has been an excellent stay overall.
