Our stay was perfect; the level of service was one of the best I ever experienced in Mexico. Audel our waiter at the restaurant made our mornings very pleasant. Room was impeccable the ocean view was breathless. Carlos and Juan they always were on top of the service at the beach. It was our first time at this hotel and we will come back asap. Cheers.
Loved this hotel. Great for the price we paid. We had a lovely room with a balcony and sea and pool view 12 floors up. Everything in the place we needed, beautiful, spacious, and light and cleaned well every day, even had a bunny on our bed.
Beautiful pools, with a children’s pool and two adult pools. This was a plus for us, we loved the adult only pool, with cabanas, plenty of beds, and in pool sunbathing beds. There was also an infinity adult only pool, but there weren’t many beds here, so we stayed in the leading adult only pool area, which was nice.
Lovely and peaceful. Waiter service for drinks and food around the pool. We never ate in the restaurant as there other places to eat outside the hotel, and it seemed to be mainly for all-inclusive or half board residents. We had a drink at the inside bar, which was o.k. But why wasn’t the beach bar open until later? Closed at 6.00 before the sunset — access to the beach, but then a charge for the beds/cabanas.
Also, there is a sign recommending you to be careful of eating at the food station on the beach and also beware of thieves, so didn’t bother. The hotel pools were excellent with us. The staff didn’t speak excellent English, and we were in the minority, but who cares – one guy gave me a cozumel fly fishing recommendation. I would recommend this place to anyone.
There are tourist police patrolling, so felt quite safe to go out and about, but caught taxis back after dark. Some excellent restaurants to walk to Terra Luna and Tabasco Beach. Particularly loved Tabasco Beach. Happy hour provides two for one drinks and lovely setting above the beach.
Amazing stay. Also, plenty of bars if you turn right out of the hotel towards Tabasco beach, particularly liked Alex Bar, which had a happy hour until 7.00, two for one. Very friendly.
