I have to say, my wonderful week at this hotel was made possible by the Quality manager Yaneth Ferrer and Oscar, two of a kind service experts. I and my family from Houston were overwhelmed when we discovered our rooms were, two full-sized suits on the 19th floor, with two beach view decks and full of amenities. We will return ASAP!
Our first stay here at Krystal Beach and the hotel was exceptional; customer service was fantastic with their mini sub cozumel tips, everyone was amiable and welcoming! The location was just perfect with attractions nearby. Will be back at our next family vacation.
The best option of the hotel if you are looking for fantastic food, excellent service, beautiful view, and lovely people taking care of you all the time, I will choose this hotel for sure again. Victor, our waitress, was the best, always polite and attentive, my family and I had your an excellent experience in this place.
I had a pleasant stay here in this hotel; my favorite part was drinking by the pool and having a few drinks with my family from Mexico. The waiter Victor who is a station at the pool bar has served me very delicious drinks and has kept me satisfied with my service, also Roberto, who has helped me as well. Both great guys, good job on hiring them. I would come again next year!
Had a problem checking out at an early morning hour. The hotel system was down and couldn’t get my bill. Everyone there, from Guadalupe at the reception to Rene Ramirez, the General Director did everything they could to resolve the situation.

I love the way that some young lady treated me at the hotel; her name is Susana she carried some glasses, their friendly, clean service, really recommend this hotel for the travelers, you will love it, love love love love this hotel.
