There’s always a time and place for credentials.  I realize that although my credentials won’t in themselves guarantee your satisfaction, they do say something about dedication and a life-long journey to educate myself.  My clients benefit from the depth of my real estate knowledge and experience and have rewarded me with a wealth of loyal customers.  I would love to include you in my circle of clients.  I will deliver professional, caring service and guide you through a care-free real estate transaction. 

I  was licensed in 1986 and have earned the following certifications:

·         CRS* Certified Residential Specialist (of two million agents, only 2% earn CRS status)

The CRS® Designation is awarded to experienced Realtors® who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements.

·         GRI* Graduate of Realtor’s Institute (of two million agents, only 3.5% earn GRI status)

When you see the letters "GRI" after an agent's name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance you need to make your transaction go smoothly. In short, you can count on getting the best service available from a real estate professional.

·         CDPE* Certified Distressed Property Expert

A Certified Distressed Property Expert® is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales.

I will provide the best service possible for every client I represent. I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality. I will never enter in to a client relationship where I know what is expected of me can not be done in good faith. I will never enter into an agreement with a seller who is unrealistic in regards to the proper pricing. When hired to sell a client's home, I will always make recommendations that can assist their home's value or help reduce its marketing time even if it means telling them things that they do not want to hear. I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients and my competitors will tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business. I will always remember that to have winning relationship for my clients, we must always have a mutual goal.

I will never lose sight that my honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability and creativity are what make me so very different from the real estate masses. My services will always be made available to the public. I will always utilize a well-trained staff to assist me in the complex home selling process. I will prioritize my time so that I am only working with people who are either buying or selling real estate. I will always treat all parties honestly and fairly, and I will always offer my properties without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex ancestry, national original, handicap or family status. I will always promote the best interest of the owner, I will obtain the best price for the owner, and I will always disclose to the owner all facts that might affect or influence their decisions.

I assure you that during my real estate career I will always strive for excellence and I make a commitment to forego a portion of my life in exchange for continued education so that I may better serve my clients.
